Before NAVC, I spent years watching small business owners get burned by agencies that over-promised and under-delivered. They'd spend their last marketing budget on a campaign that was never designed to work for their size, their audience, or their goals.
I started NAVC in 2018 with one conviction: small businesses deserve the same quality of strategic thinking that Fortune 500 brands get — just built for their reality. Lean budgets, fast timelines, and real stakes.
Seven years and 200+ brands later, that's still the only thing we care about.
